Tree removal
Tree removal is another term for felling a tree. Depending on the situation, we either remove a tree in one operation or dismantle it section by section using climbing techniques or a telescopic crane.
Stump removal
After a tree has been removed, a stump often remains in the ground. Our specialists can professionally remove it using a stump grinder or, where necessary, hand tools in hard-to-reach locations.

Different tree removal methods
There are several ways to remove a tree. The right method depends on the location, the size of the tree and the safety situation. Below, we explain the techniques we use.
Manual felling: For smaller trees, we sometimes carry out tree removal manually using a chainsaw or axe. This is mainly done in locations where machinery cannot reach. Manual work is labour-intensive, but sometimes the only option.
Climbing and controlled dismantling: Our certified tree climbers can climb the tree and dismantle it section by section. Using ropes, harnesses and chainsaws, we ensure a safe working method, even in difficult locations such as narrow gardens.
Removal using a crane or aerial platform: For large trees in open areas, we use a crane or aerial platform. This is efficient, safe and fast. Ideal for trees that cannot be climbed or where there is plenty of surrounding space.
Straight felling: When there is sufficient space, we can fell a tree in a single operation. We make a directional notch and then complete the cut. This is a traditional method that can be carried out quickly.
Sectional dismantling: Sometimes it is safer to remove a tree in sections. We carefully remove branches and sections of the trunk in a controlled manner, without risking damage. This method is often used for trees located close to buildings or gardens.

Trees can fall unpredictably, and without the proper knowledge or equipment there is a risk of injury or property damage.
